We are excited to announce that Post A Truck (PAT) recently launched two new features to help improve your company’s Post A Truck experience and manage drivers’ expectations.
1. The minimum stem time filter
Your company may have preferences regarding the minimum time they need to get to the load pick up or origin. To accommodate for this, Amazon has launched a filter for the minimum stem time, PAT won't match a load if it departs earlier than the minimum stem time indicated by your company
Tip: Carriers can indicate their preferred min. stem time (up to 2 hours in 30 min increments), if no change is made, the default value is 60 min.
2. Pre-assign driver when creating a PAT order
This new filter helps your company by providing the option to pre-assign a driver when submitting a new PAT order. This helps your company manage PAT orders when creating orders for multiple trucks/drivers.
Tip: The Driver(s) filter activates once the driver type is selected. If team is selected under Driver Type, your company may pre-assign up to 2 drivers.
