Fault Code Description: Aftertreatment Diesel Exhaust Particulate Filter Temperature sensor module voltage above normal or shorted.
Check your inlet and outlet sensors. Check if they are running within manufactured specs and or are not damaged or loose. if over 500k on them it may be time to swap them out.
