These are required troubleshooting steps from Cummins
Check for Leaks in the exhaust system: Starting from your turbo, and back to the last joining connecting your SCR system
Check Leaks in the aftertreatment diesel exhaust fluid dosing system. Also, look at the doser and see if it needs to be replaced.
Run A Aftertreatment Diesel Exhaust Fluid Doser Pump Override test.
